Venus is a 15-meter Vagabond 47 Cutter, designed by pencil of Stefini Shomaken, who also designed the Adriatic sailboat for the event (Susi Blady and Patrizio Roversi). It 's a boat well built, robust and designed for the ocean navigation, is very spacious both above and below deck. The interiors include 4 double cabins for the guests (2 double bedrooms, one with bunk beds and a triple with the possibility of double or bunk bed) plus a crew and two bathrooms with hot water and shower. Both bathrooms are also equipped with electrical outlets for use only in port. Among the instruments on board are fixed VHF, portable, 3 GPS, fridge (always on), kitchen with oven, laptop, internet, tv, dvd stereo (connected with hi-pod or mp3) with internal speakers and external, small inverter for charging mobile phones. On board everything has been designed for the comfort and maximum independence from the ports: Venus has 1000 liters water tank and 1000 liters of diesel, solar panels and wind generator to recharge batteries. The kitchen is separated from the dinette, with a stove, oven and comfortable work place. The dinette is equipped with comfortable sofas and two tables but they leave ample space for movement. Externally Venus has a large pool with a sundeck , recreational place where you can also dine in the moonlight. At the stern it is placed a catwalk to get down comfortably and safely to the ground. The tender is 3.10 meters Novamarine with 4 hp motor that will allow easy access to coves, beaches and lands otherwise not approachable by boat. The Venus also has a gas stove to provide heating on board during the off-season cruises.
